Bad mental health day.
Below a cut because most of you don’t give a shit.
managing to fend off a panic attack right now, but only barely. today’s not going to be good and the creeping dread i’ve been feeling in anticipation of it is only mounting. i really do feel like i’m going to be sick. the rest is behind a cut in case you don’t want to read about really personal reactions to what should by all means be a normal ob/gyn visit. i just need to get this off my chest, one of those things that’s always plagued me and made me feel, you know, more fucked up than usual.
Not sure why I’m posting this instead of shooting you an e-mail, but putting it under a cut.
